Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation
Appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure personalized care. You will receive a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment to guarantee your spot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, and the full service price will still apply.
Refunds & Service Satisfaction
At Willow + Boone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know during or immediately after your appointment. Due to the personalized nature of esthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds but will gladly address any issues to ensure your experience is positive.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, medical concerns, or medications that may affect your treatment. For the safety and comfort of all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if any contraindications are present.
Spa Environment
Willow + Boone is a women-only spa to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. For safety and focus on relaxation, we do not allow children or minors in the spa.
Product Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are only eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, and only if the product is unused or gently tried. Please contact us promptly to discuss your return. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
Private Residence & Arrival Policy
Willow + Boone operates within a private residence. For the privacy and comfort of all guests, please do not wander on the property.
To protect the privacy of my family, the spa address is only provided when you book your appointment and is not displayed on the website or social media.
If there is a sign on the spa door indicating a service is in progress, kindly wait in your car or, if available, outside seating near the schoolhouse or under the mulberry tree. When you arrive, please text 740-974-0549 to let us know you are here.
Gift Certificates & Packages
Gift certificates and package purchases are non-refundable and must be redeemed within one year of purchase.
